Job Title: Content Strategist

As a Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' brand narratives and developing innovative content campaigns that drive results. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting compelling stories, messaging frameworks, and content experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery and effective project management.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Estimate creative hours accurately to ensure efficient project planning and resource allocation.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase your work, build strong relationships, and communicate strategic recommendations.
  • Attend market research sessions as needed to stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team to develop concepts and execute projects from conception to completion.
  • Provide written feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing feedback on the creative team's performance.
  • Lead the creative team in driving innovation, creativity, and excellence in all aspects of content development.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' products, marketing challenges, and respond to their strategic and creative needs.
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of agency experience in content strategy or a related field.
  • A proven track record of creative ability, judgment, successful client contact experience, and collaboration with account management.
  • Excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing creative writers, availability to travel, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
