Lead Solar Business Growth Strategist

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and strategic planning skills. You should have a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue generation in the renewable energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute business plans that align with company objectives
    • Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies for expansion
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Manage and optimize operational processes for efficient production, distribution, and delivery of solar energy products and services
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making
  • Compliance and Regulation:
    • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance regulations
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance-related issues
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers
