Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Production Supervisor. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day operations and be responsible for ensuring timely production targets are met. To achieve success in this position, you will lead a team on the shop floor and supervise job placement, material flow, and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related metal fabrication industry. They should be proficient in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes, as well as have a solid understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with R&D and design teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new products and structure types. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to drive lean manufacturing practices, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. If you have strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage shop floor teams and workflows, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
