Key Business Strategy Role

We are looking for an exceptional Business Finance Head to join our team and drive the financial strategy of our expanding business.

This is a key role that will require you to develop and implement effective financial strategies to scale our business, achieving robust revenue growth with sustainable profit margins.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying AI-powered forecasting and data analytics to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products, accelerating product launch cycles and long-term growth.

You will also establish solid financial foundations to support both new product line launches and scaling of existing lines, ensuring disciplined capital allocation, risk management, and governance throughout growth stages.

As a seasoned finance professional, you will have 4-5 years of experience in finance, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets. You will be familiar with fast product cycles, seasonal demand, and consumer trend dynamics.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multi-channel retail and cross-border operations in Asia, with hands-on experience navigating diverse regulatory environments and local market nuances. They will also have proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages – set up financial frameworks for new ventures and led expansions that scaled revenue while improving profitability.

They will be a strong strategic finance and business partnership skills – able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions to drive growth and margin improvement. Additionally, they will be data-driven and tech-savvy – experienced in leveraging modern tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support to enhance the speed and quality of financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
