Global Business Expansion Manager Job

This role involves leading international market research and expansion strategies for our company. The professional will identify new opportunities, establish global networks, and drive sales of our company formation and residency solutions across different countries.

The Global Business Expansion Manager plays a crucial part in driving the company's international growth strategy. This includes building strong partnerships with key stakeholders worldwide and representing the company at various business events.

The key responsibilities of this job are:

  • To develop and implement a global expansion strategy to promote our business setup and residency solutions.
  • To build and maintain relationships with international partners, including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, and travel agencies.
  • To identify and partner with new channel partners in different regions to expand our global footprint.
  • To drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • To represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events.
  • To conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and target markets.
  • To negotiate partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • To provide country-specific insights on regulations and market entry barriers.
  • To collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management.
  • Strong international network and ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
