Job Title: Business Growth Manager

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals.

This is a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing productivity.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30+ sales executives.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for individuals and the team.

Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Ensure the team follows sales best practices, compliance policies, and quality standards.

Sales & Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and retain customers.

Track KPIs such as call volumes, conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue.

Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Training & Development:

Provide training and coaching to improve communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Onboard new hires and ensure smooth integration into the team.

Identify skill gaps and arrange refresher training sessions.

Operations & Process Management:

Ensure efficient use of CRM systems, sales tools, and workflows.

Monitor sales quality, customer interactions, and adherence to compliance standards.

Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and team discipline.

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
