Strategic Business Growth Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly skilled professional with experience in driving revenue growth and developing strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and measure the success of sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the luxury market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and IDAs to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that promote our products to high-end clients.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project-based business initiatives.
  • Understand and meet the requirements of interior designers and architects to deliver exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-driven, persistent, and action-oriented.
