The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, foster client relationships and work closely with new and existing clients to identify their needs.
In this role, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for planning, executing and managing deliveries for enterprises across industries. They will also ensure timely delivery of projects that meet/exceed set quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Create comprehensive strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.
- Curate and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Track and analyze metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Influence without direct authority.
- Establish efficient working relations with internal & external key stakeholders.
- Participate in project movement activities, support team initiatives & objectives.
- Operational:
- Plan, execute and manage deliveries for enterprises.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects that meet/exceed set quality standards.
- Client Partnership:
- Build strong client relationships and work closely with new and existing clients to identify their needs.
- Meet clients regularly and be a strategic partner via email and phone.
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, growth mindset and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in comprehension, negotiation and analytical skills.
