Director of Learning and Development Job Summary

This pivotal role involves designing, executing, and overseeing impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth.

About the Role:

  1. Design innovative learning and development strategies that support organizational goals and future business needs.
  2. Develop scalable programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  3. Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement, behavioral, soft skills, and analytical skills.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  5. Partner with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  7. Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
  8. Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  9. Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
  10. Ensure efficient coordination of workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives, handling logistics and resource allocation.
  11. Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital content.
