Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive – Container Operations professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in customer service and operations within the logistics industry, with a strong focus on container handling, depot coordination, and transportation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock & Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage container stock levels, track depot activities, update inventory condition reports, and reconcile stock across multiple sources.

  • Operational Coordination:
  • Coordinate release and drop-off processes, collaborate with surveyors and depots for CSC and container surveys, issue release and drop-off orders promptly, manage transportation arrangements, and oversee domestication processes.

  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare and upload release and drop-off instructions, handle invoicing for transportation, vendors, and domestication activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).

Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Operations within the logistics or container line industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

Other Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional coordination.
