E-commerce Operations Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading BPO and work on US-based e-commerce processes. As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle order queries, returns, refunds, and account support efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist US-based customers via calls, chats, or emails.
  • Handle order queries, returns, refunds, and account support.
  • Provide clear, polite, and effective communication at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

  • HSC/Graduate Freshers are welcome.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US process).
  • All documents must be available.
