Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Credit Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the car loan application process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. File Login: Ensure timely and accurate collection of customer documents.
  2. Documentation Handling (Pre & Post Disbursement): Coordinate with customers and internal teams to collect and verify all required documents.
  3. Coordination with Credit Team: Liaise with credit department to resolve queries, clarify eligibility, and facilitate faster approval and deal closure.
  4. Post-Disbursement Follow-up: Track and collect pending documents after loan disbursal, ensure timely submission to operations, and maintain compliance with internal policies.
