About This Role

Support our team with customer service expertise, handling inquiries and issues via various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact Handling: Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality interactions.
  • Inquiry Support: Assist customers with voice and non-voice (email, chat, tickets) support, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, orders, and requests accurately and on time.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service information to provide accurate answers to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Korean Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written Korean is essential for clear communication.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or BPOs is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Good typing speed and proficiency in email, chat, and CRM tools are required.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts if necessary.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with customer support software is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
  • E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is an asset.
  • Korean Language Certification: Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage.
