Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic organization in Bangalore. This role involves managing broker and tenant relationships, driving leasing closures, and coordinating with internal departments for documentation and outreach activities.

About The Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial/logistics leasing, with a strong industry and broker network. They will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication with brokers, consultants, and tenants to ensure timely execution of leases, amendments, temporary leases, and terminations as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with major tenants and prospective clients in the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Create leasing feasibility analyses, market surveys, and projections during property acquisition due diligence periods.
  • Analyze market trends to provide insights for leasing strategies.
  • Negotiate terms and commercials for lease closures.
  • Drive leasing closures and coordinate with internal departments for documentation and outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to summarize and analyze market data to drive leasing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with tenants and brokers.
  • Enthusiasm to collaborate across teams and represent the organization in high-profile forums.
