Job Title: Senior Manager

The role of the Senior Manager involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive strategies for end-to-end credit underwriting and monitoring through digital channels. This encompasses developing and executing plans that ensure effective credit risk management, identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with data science teams, establishing performance benchmarks, and addressing deviations.

Key responsibilities include creating and implementing underwriting policies to minimize manual intervention in assessing creditworthiness, analyzing portfolio data to recommend policy changes, conducting regular credit reviews, and implementing risk mitigation strategies based on portfolio performance.

The Senior Manager will also collaborate with partners, credit reporting agencies, and other stakeholders to maintain relationships and assist in all credit operations. Additionally, they will be responsible for formulating policies considering expected loss rates, overseeing policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Statistics, or Management from a reputable institution.
  • Preferrable qualifications: BTech with MBA.
  • Minimum 7 years experience, with 3-4 years in risk management and policy creation.
