Role Title: Senior Director, Real World Data (Pharma/Lifesciences only)

Hands-on in AI/ML/NLP and still coding/building in RWD/RWE functions

Location: India, flexible though Bangalore or NCR preferred

The Senior Director (Real World Data) is a senior role where the person will own directly a certain body of work and provide support to the RWD organization for other parts.

  2. Leads a team of analysts that support the RFP process for the team
  3. Provides guidance and oversight for the consulting delivery work
  4. Building Indication Specific Data Lakes
  5. Team management and leadership

Responsibilities include leading a team of analysts that support the RFP process for the team, providing guidance and oversight for the consulting delivery work, building indication-specific data lakes, and team management and leadership.

Requirements
  1. Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience
  2. Post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or post-grad degree in CS, Math or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development
  3. At least 7-10 years of experience in leading teams that work in a globally distributed setup delivering consulting work predominantly Data Science and Data Engineering oriented
  4. Total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more of the most recent experience being in bioinformatics, biopharma, and Lifescience related domains
