Job Title

As a Senior Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for leading the offshore Master Data team and ensuring timely and accurate performance. Master Data Management Activities Execution
  • Ensure the Master Data team operates within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Conduct quality checks on master data setup, identifying and correcting infractions before impacting business operations or customer relationships.
General Management Activities
  • Support project initiatives, actively participating in their development.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Cascading, stand-up meetings, and one-to-one interactions (Excellence Program).
People Management Activities
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to safety procedures and training requirements.
  • Execute People Cycle as per Excellence Program (Targets setting, Competency appraisal, Operational Performance Review, Personal Development Plans, etc.).
