**Job Title:** Enterprise Data Governance Specialist

Overview

The Enterprise Data Governance Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving strategic data governance initiatives that enhance the integrity and usability of enterprise-level data. This key position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of best practices for data governance, ensuring seamless integration with structured and unstructured data domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data governance and quality, providing expertise on relational database theories, schemas, and metadata management.
  • Create and edit data requirements, models, dictionaries, process maps, and lineage/mapping to ensure accurate and comprehensive data representation.
  • Manage metadata and data quality processes using industry-leading tools such as Informatica, Collibra, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and address data requirements and feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management with a strong background in relational databases.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across various departments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a customer-focused orientation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Technical, Data Science, or Statistics.
