Director of Quality Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality Excellence to lead the development and implementation of quality systems ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to manage change, deviation, incidents, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate vendor qualification activities for raw materials, packing materials, quality control external testing laboratories, and outsourced processes.
- Investigate non-conformances and handle product recalls efficiently.
- Ensure data integrity through audits, training, and review.
- Maintain and improve departmental operational performance to meet regulatory demands, SOPs, and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. Key qualities include:
- Proven track record of driving quality initiatives and improving process efficiency.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate teams.
