The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in South Asia, focusing on biofuel ethanol and grain processing.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies based on in-depth industry analysis and competitor research.
• Leading and mentoring sales managers and technical service managers to achieve regional targets.
• Fostering a high-performance work culture and ensuring succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry, preferably with 5+ years of experience.
• Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as solid people leadership skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.

This is a remote working opportunity that requires occasional travel up to 50% of the time.
