Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate HR professional to drive seamless HR operations, focusing on attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts, while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
- Administer monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
- Maintain and update leave management systems, implementing fair and consistent policies.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
- Prepare and share HR reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
- Support end-to-end HR operational activities, including documentation, records, and audits.
- Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters for smooth candidate onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
