Job Title: Treasury Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage our treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and banking, with expertise in cash flow planning, financial risk management, and hedging activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing funding needs, preparing monthly reports, analyzing hedging activities, managing cash and liquidity, and overseeing treasury operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing funding needs and preparing monthly reports for senior management
  • Analyzing and performing hedging and funding activities, including Forex, swaps, loans, and deposits
  • Managing cash and liquidity through cash flow planning and forecasting
  • Overseeing treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling/sweeping and forex hedging
  • Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Finance and/or Banking, preferably with CA qualification/ MBA
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A sound understanding of accounting principles
