Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to join our organization as Chief Financial Officer. This strategic position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial trajectory and driving growth.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial analysis methods, and expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). They should have a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience in managing teams and developing finance professionals.

A Master's degree in Finance or Management is required, along with at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining awareness of financial performance versus plan, identifying potential risks, and addressing issues to prevent financial misses.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce timely and accurate financial information, ensuring statutory compliance with local and international accounting requirements.
  • Monitor all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable & accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Manage working capital and cash flow, monitoring customer credit and collection.
  • Implement and improve financial policies, procedures, account systems, and controls within the entity.
  • Communicate fraud and/or compliance issues to the General Manager and Partners.
  • Deliver business analysis and define meaningful financial and operational metrics for insightful decision-making.
  • Prepare consolidated management reports for Senior Leadership, including financial statements, KPI reporting, and operational dashboards.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Master 2 in Finance or Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and IFRS expertise.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience as a CFO.
  • Fluent English.
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous, strategic vision, and strong financial knowledge.
