Lead Acquisition Specialist

As a Lead Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing our paid digital distribution efforts. This role requires a growth hacking mindset and the ability to strategically manage and expand distribution channels while reducing reliance on third-party vendors.

  • Paid Digital Distribution: Lead and manage all paid digital distribution channels, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other emerging platforms, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust lead acquisition strategy, including idea creation, execution, review, and iteration to optimize performance and scale acquisition efforts.
  • Channel Management: Take full ownership of key distribution channels, removing reliance on third-party vendors and bringing channel management in-house to ensure direct control and maximum efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. Analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth and iterate rapidly on successful strategies.

  • Proven experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • An obsession with social media platforms, including a deep understanding of audience behavior and the ability to identify and leverage viral trends for marketing advantage.
  • The capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies from start to finish.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting performance data to drive actionable insights.
