About the Role

This is a full-time, performance-driven position for someone with solid experience in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, pitching our remote developers, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers in IT companies (HRs, Founders, CTOs, Hiring Managers).
  • Pitch Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
  • Participate in regular sync-ups with the leadership team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition.

• A strong network in IT companies, particularly in the India and/or USA market.

• A clear understanding of remote developer hiring.

• The ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycles.
