UCCE Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled UCCE Technical Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance on Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Familiarity with Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of VOIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP) and ITIL processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
  • Experience with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, and integration with other tools.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols (ISDN, Analogy Signaling).
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Strong experience with Cisco Voice platform and CUCM, UCCE, UCCH, CVP platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written).
  • UCCE or PCCE email and voice communication skills, teamwork, power point presentation/preparation, and Excel-related analytics.
