UCCE Specialist

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced UCCE specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering complex call centre solutions.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of deploying and maintaining Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.

• Troubleshoot Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC issues.

• Create MACD in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.

• Understand VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP and ITIL process.

• Deploy Cisco Voice network models and voice network devices functionality.

• Integrate VOIP and Performance Management Tools with other tools.

• Understand Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management.

• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills:

• UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork.

• Presentation preparation and good excel related Analytics.
