Job Title:

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Release Management Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to join our team in providing Level 3 support for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions and third-party call recording platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting activities, with experience in developing MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.

A key requirement is a clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with third-party providers to resolve telecommunications problems and OEMs for incident resolution.

This role involves advanced remote or on-site troubleshooting, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation creation.

You will act as a single point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.

In addition, you will contribute to team support and process improvements through individual contributions.

Maintaining and updating the knowledge base and documentation, and initiating and implementing process improvements, are also essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, and release management.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE email and voice communication skills, teamwork, PowerPoint presentation preparation, and Excel-related analytics.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions
  • Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms
