Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced software release manager to own and drive the end-to-end quality process across our product portfolio.

  • Own and drive strategic programs across product teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
  • Operationalize the release management environment promotion strategy (Dev→QA→UAT→Prod), approvals, rollback plans, and audit trail.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring automation and traceability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QE teams to develop and enforce testing standards and acceptance criteria to meet release functional & non-functional requirements as per organizational policies, security & regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify risks that could impact release scope, quality or schedule and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in software release management or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of software development lifecycles, including DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
