Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and optimize network architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in network operations engineering
  • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN technologies
  • CCNP/CCIE Routing and Switching certification is desirable
  • Experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), carrier WAN and Internet offerings, cloud network services
  • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches
  • Knowledge of firewalls, Zscaler, and load balancer (F5) infrastructure

Wireless Networking Experience:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Cisco CCIE Wireless / Aruba Expert Level (ACMX, ACDX, ACCX) certification is desirable
  • Certified Wireless Networking Professional (CWNP) and Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) is desirable
  • Thorough knowledge of WiFi network infrastructure and understanding of software defined networking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong mix of LAN/WAN and SD-WAN skillsets
  • Experience with wireless LAN (Cisco WLAN, Cisco ISE, Aruba WLAN, Aruba Clearpass, Aruba Central, Aruba Naas) and private 5G (eg Celona) solutions
