Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our enterprise-wide IT and OT network infrastructure. With extensive experience in network operations, the ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex network environments, leading technical teams, and ensuring optimal network performance and security.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, driving transformation projects, and securing connectivity across both corporate and industrial environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise-wide IT and OT network operations, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Internet, MPLS, and data centre connectivity.
  • Evaluate 24/7 network availability, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to enhance network security posture across IT and OT domains.
Project Leadership
  • Oversee technical delivery and end-to-end execution of network transformation and expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate project lifecycle from requirement gathering and solutioning to handover and documentation.
Vendor & SLA Management
  • Negotiate relationships with OEMs, service providers, and system integrators to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Maintain SLAs, resolve issue escalations, and drive continuous improvement with vendors.
  • Source network equipment and services from external vendors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
Infrastructure Governance
  • Establish network policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop network security policies and procedures to safeguard organizational data and meet regulatory mandates.
  • Evaluate periodic audits, risk assessments, and remediation's to maintain regulatory and cybersecurity compliance.
Security & Segmentation
  • Implement network security controls, including firewalls, NAC, IDS/IPS, and segmentation between IT/OT zones.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and analysts.
  • Develop knowledge base articles and ensure robust documentation for operational continuity.
