Lease Manager Job Overview

The Lease Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the Lease Abstraction Team. This seasoned professional will have extensive experience in managing global teams, leading abstraction projects, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and leadership of the Lease Abstraction team to ensure seamless daily operations and goal achievement.
  • Collaboration with Business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Driving global integration and standardization in India by working closely with Managed Services Department Service Offering Leadership.
  • Contribution to organizational strategic plans and objectives through vision and leadership, ensuring technology initiatives align with growth goals.
  • Optimization of solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field, with a proven track record of managing global teams or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things through effective leadership.
  • Possession of polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric focus.
