Leasing Manager | A ADVANI Realty | Pune, India.

Are you an ambitious and relationship-driven professional with a passion for real estate? A ADVANI Realty, a leading real estate firm with a strong presence in Maharashtra, is looking for a Leasing Manager to lead and grow our commercial leasing operations in Pune.

Location: Koregaon Park Annex, Pune, Maharashtra.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Experience: 4+ years in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or property management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and drive leasing activity in the commercial real estate market in Pune.

- Conduct daily visits to 5-7 channel partners to maintain strong market presence.

- Build and manage long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, IPCs, real estate agents, and company directors.

- Identify new leasing opportunities and develop customized strategies to convert prospects into clients.

- Coordinate and oversee property site visits, lead negotiations, and finalize lease agreements.

- Monitor local real estate trends and competitors to provide timely market intelligence.

- Ensure all lease documentation and agreements comply with legal and company standards.

- Represent the company in client meetings, property expos, and industry networking events.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Proven experience in commercial leasing, particularly in the Pune market.

- Strong networking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic real estate platforms.

- Knowledge of commercial property types such as office spaces, showrooms, and retail outlets.
