We are looking for sales professionals who have expertise in commercial and residential leasing and rentals. In case, you have the relevant experience, do apply. Below is the detailed job role -

Job Description:

  • Responsible for sourcing tenant /buyer through different channels
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of leasing activities for a property or real estate portfolio. This includes developing and implementing leasing strategies, attracting and retaining tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring occupancy targets are met.
  • Support in developing comprehensive leasing strategies in alignment with property or portfolio objectives. Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential tenants.
  • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate tenant retention initiatives to minimize vacancies and turnover.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
  • Ensure lease agreements comply with legal requirements and property policies.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to finalize lease documents
  • Monitor rent collection and arrears, taking appropriate action to address delinquencies.
  • Prepare leasing budgets and forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and attractive to tenants.
  • Identify opportunities for property enhancements or renovations to increase desirability and value.
  • Generate regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends.
  • Analyse leasing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management based on analysis and insights.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ Years Experience in property leasing transactions
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Graduates or Post graduates
