Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Executive located in Pune. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing commercial leasing activities, conducting lease negotiations, and overseeing lease administration. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing lease documents, conducting market research, and ensuring the proper management of leases. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal leasing outcomes for the company's properties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations
  • Proficiency in Lease Administration and handling various types of Leases
  • Strong Market Research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in real estate industry is a plus
