Key Responsibilities

• Property Operations
  : Manage daily operations of multiple multifamily communities, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
• Financial Oversight
  : Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses to maximize net operating income (NOI). Analyze financial reports, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure timely rent collection to minimize delinquencies.
• Team Leadership
  : Supervise, train, and evaluate property managers and on-site staff. Provide coaching and professional development to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Resident Experience
  : Drive resident retention through exceptional customer service, prompt issue resolution, and community engagement initiatives tailored to Houston's diverse population.
• Compliance
  : Ensure properties comply with Texas Property Code, fair housing laws, and local Houston ordinances. Oversee risk management, including insurance, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness.
• Marketing and Leasing
  : Develop and execute marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates, leveraging Houston's competitive rental market. Utilize tools like Entrata for leasing and market analysis.
• Client Relations
  : Maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations during property transitions or renovations.
• Reporting

• Special Projects

Qualifications

• Education
  : Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience (e.g., high school diploma with 3+ years in multifamily property management).
• Experience
  : 3-5 years of property management experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role overseeing multiple properties in a metropolitan area like Houston.
• Skills
