The company is a subsidiary of Asahi Glass Company, Japan and an associate company of ASAHI INDIA GLASS LIMITED, the largest integrated glass company in India. Windshield Experts is the first and only network of specialized repair and replacement centers for automotive glass in India. The company was established in 2001 with the opening of the first service center in New Delhi and currently has a network of 90+ service centers spread across 50+ cities in India.

Role Description
To manage the cluster of centres as per company defined policies and achieve targets given by the company.
Role purpose
To achieve targets w.r.t. sales (glass & other products & services), payment collection, customer satisfaction (NPS score), profitability. Ensure adherence to centre SOPs, ensure customer relationship, conduct local area marketing activities, ensure optimum inventory at centres and improve overall business of the company in the given cluster.
