Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Mumbai. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the growth and profitability of their assigned area. Daily tasks include supervising sales teams, analyzing sales metrics, developing business strategies, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. The aim is to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in business strategy development
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and service excellence
- Analytical skills for sales data interpretation and decision making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the home appliance industry is a plus
