We're hiring a hungry, go-getter who can accelerate marketing, coordinate with clients and property owners, verify availability, and drive leasing conversations from lead to close. If you love rolling up your sleeves, shipping campaigns, and shaping a product from the ground up, this is your role.

Job Location:

Baner, Pune, India

What you'll do

  • Plan and launch high-impact integrated marketing campaigns; spark rapid lead growth and client adoption

  • Qualify needs and map to listings with speed and clarity

  • Check availability, visit sites, and assess suitability and demand

  • Kick off leasing conversations and help negotiate win-wins

  • Build fearless, lasting relationships with property owners

  • Own CRM, pipeline visibility, and relentless progress reporting

What we're looking for

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; startup DNA a big plus

MBA in Marketing preferred; other marketing degrees considered

  • Stellar communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Comfortable with field work and desk work

  • Proficient with CRM/tools

  • Genuine interest in real estate and flex workspace
