Job Overview

The Head of Operations is responsible for leading the Operations department to ensure efficient service delivery to both internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Enhancement: Develop and implement process improvements initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive strategic plans for key operational units, aligning with business objectives.
  • Transformational Leadership: Contribute to the overall Operations and Transformation strategy, ensuring seamless integration of India Operations initiatives.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor and oversee budget compliance, adhering to internal guidelines.
  • External Representation: Represent the organization at external events, optimizing Operations opportunities.
People Management:
  • Direct Supervision: Supervise direct reports, guiding them in performance management and providing feedback.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment efforts, screening candidates and allocating work deliverables.
  • Performance Development: Assess performance and learning needs, imparting training and coaching as needed.
  • Regular Reviews: Conduct periodic performance reviews and annual appraisals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive process improvements. A strong understanding of operations management principles and experience in a similar role are essential.
