Job Title:
Global Service Delivery Director

The Director of Global Service Delivery is accountable for all US and India-based IT Managed service delivery operations. This individual oversees the entire global service delivery function, including US-based Service Delivery Managers and India-based service desk operations.

">Required Qualifications:">
  • 12+ years of proven senior leadership experience in a Managed Service Provider environment with direct accountability for global service delivery operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing both US-based service delivery teams and India-based service desk operations.
  • Extensive experience with the ConnectWise suite of applications and proficiency with Bright Gauge reporting and analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks with demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing service delivery processes.
  • Strong management experience leading large, global service delivery teams across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field Master's preferred.
