Cybersecurity Solutions Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cybersecurity product management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the cybersecurity market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

Solution Building & Packaging:

  • Design and deliver bundled cybersecurity talent solutions that cater to various industry job roles.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and pricing strategies.

GTM Strategy & Execution:

  • Establish a go-to-market (GTM) narrative, pricing strategy, and sales playbooks to effectively engage with clients.
  • Partner with sales leaders to co-create pitches and close high-value enterprise deals.

Client Advisory Engagement:

  • Work closely with clients to diagnose challenges and propose customized talent progression roadmaps.
  • Provide guidance on learning pathways and certification programs to enhance client capabilities.

Internal Alignment:

  • Maintain solution templates, case studies, and engagement toolkits to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Align delivery teams towards unified offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial product management or solution GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, B2B SaaS, IT services, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience building or taking revenue-generating products or learning programs to market.
  • Strong storytelling, consultative thinking, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Success Metrics:

  • 3-5 large customer engagements shaped using GTM office toolkits.
  • Signature cybersecurity learning solutions launched across clusters.
  • Evidence of sales enablement impact: conversion acceleration, ticket size increase, cross-unit deal orchestration.
