Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional candidate with strong technical expertise and experience in managing Cybersecurity solutions, specifically Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), Secure Web Gateways, Secure Access Secure Edge (SASE), Firewalls, and IDS/IPS technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, collaborating with support teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical support for Zscaler products, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and maintaining the health and performance of our solutions.
  2. Cybersecurity Expertise: Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex cybersecurity issues, utilizing your knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicate technical information, and work closely with our team to ensure seamless collaboration.
  4. Knowledge Management: Document technical issues and solutions for future reference, ensuring that our team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Professional Development: Stay current with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our security posture and stay ahead of emerging threats.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on Zscaler products, Secure Web Gateways, and other relevant technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) and other security tools.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, security best practices, and threat mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
