Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept deployments, and solution presentations for customers.
  • Design and implement security solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and advice to clients during the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating and customizing proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations of cybersecurity products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the sales and post-sales phases.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Support clients in managing and securing devices, networks, and endpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management and patching.
  • Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions like AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • Hands-on experience in sales activities, including customer engagements, presentations, and demos.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under pressure.
  • BASIC understanding of network security and endpoint protection.
Desired Skills:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or any other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
  • Experience in network security and endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies.
