Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for hiring skilled personnel.">
  • Conduct job interviews, assessments, and background verification.">
  • Process monthly payroll for on-roll employees using HROne and off-roll employees via SYMCO.">
  • Ensure timely compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.">
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries.">
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through transparent communication.">
  • Define KRAs and manage the performance appraisal process.">
  • Support managers with performance-related interventions.">
  • Administer employee benefits like insurance, PF, retirement, etc.">
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary structure analysis.">
  • Implement and optimize HRIS (SYMCO) usage across departments.">
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure confidentiality.">
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs aligned with company values and cultural pillars.">
  • Partner with the safety department to maintain a safe workplace.">
  • 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in plant-level HR and IR roles.">
  • Proven experience in managing payroll, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.">
