Senior HR Manager Job Description

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience with policy design and implementation.
  • Prior experience in startups, agencies, or high-growth companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and people analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strategic and problem-solving mindset.
  • The ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
