Job Title: HR and Administration Manager

Raj Seeds Traders is the largest producer of vegetable certified seeds in India.

We are committed to becoming a leading seed company in fodder and manure seed production within five years.

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager, located in Bhopal.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire recruitment process, from manpower planning to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave management.
  • Enhance employee engagement through training and performance management initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and other procurement needs.
  • Negotiate and maintain vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Process payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management decision-making.
  • Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR policies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
