Job Title: HR Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to streamline and manage core processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure documentation compliance.
- Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Draft HR letters including offer letters, experience letters, increment letters, etc.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist with reviews and engagement activities.
- Respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports for review.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 4 years of experience in operations, generalist or Recruitment roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, Excel, and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 4 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
