At Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Manager to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations and accurate financial record keeping.

This is a full-time junior position that requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience.

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing office supplies, record-keeping, and maintenance of office equipment
  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable; issuing invoices and receipts
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports
  • Coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and receipts
