Bidding Specialist

This position requires an individual with exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to manage the proposal process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our organization's offerings. Key responsibilities include content development, proposal writing, RFP hunting, and opportunity identification.

Key Skills:
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with proposal management software

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an RFP Specialist or Proposal Writing role
  • Experience with RFP processes for clients in India, UAE, and/or US markets
